Bio:

Born in Cleveland, Ohio; escaped to Seattle in late 1970. Never looked back. Worked in radio, advertising, publishing, city festival promotion; free-lanced text & design for a while; ended up in the Graphics group at The Boeing Company, where I worked from 10/1978 to 3/2006.

Active in media fandom from 1976, starting in Star Trek fandom, moving on to Star Wars. Wrote much fanlit (paper&ink medium) between 1976 and 1992ish. Edited and published the parody zine, JEDISTARDARKFALCONKNIGHT, which spotlighted leading fan writers of the early 1980s. Am noodling with doing some more these days.

At home, I herd a couple Pomeranian dogs, garden a LOT, read a LOT, love to cook, volunteer in local arts groups, always have a 1000+ piece puzzle going, am a block captain/contact person, and in general am learning to thoroughly being retired.
